Growth is important factor in global offensive, especially if you're coming into counter strike fresh or after sabbatical. This is extremely hardcore skill-based first person shooter, and it force you to think differently than other modern shooters. if you're a call of duty player, you're need to change your play style to succeed here. Counter Strike also tries developing into something new here as well , despite doing little push itself beyond what it's always done best. Global Offensive modifier old maps  to keep veterans on their toes, and introduces official new modes that encourage different play style for the first time in almost 15 years.

Example pro player in CS:GO

Consequently, killing in Global offensive feels good. There's a sickening sensation to dropping someone dead because you know they are not coming back. its also satisfying knowing you used limited resources to play smarter than your victim. if players aren't watching corner, providing covering fire, or using smoke granades and flashbangs, they're more likely to take a headshot from a more delicate and patient triggerman. The desire to experience that distinct feeling is a strong motivator to keep playing , even when you are getting steamrolled by an obviosly better team.

Part of what makes it such an engaging competitive game is that killing in Global Offensive requires a wholly different skill set than other shooters. everyone is limited to what they have and can see, and each round you can buy the weapon with the money you earned in last round. Running and gunning is useless play style, the spray of the gun will out of pointer, shoot them calmly will get more advantages.

About Rank In CS:GO

You need to play competitive to get Rank in CS:GO, I will say that must be not easy to get the "GLOBAL ELITE", first, actually you need teamates, playing with random player sometimes distraced us, like throwing, raging, or killing their teamates, sometimes in silver rank. and, when you lose many times, your rank will go down, not like another FPS. so, carefull if you want to play competitive, get used to warm up, with bot or aim map training in CS:GO
